Positions after the January tournament

Note: a 'D' next to a tournament score is a discard, i.e. a score which does not count towards the total because only a player's best seven tournaments count.
And the finishing order depends on the following: (1) total points (after discards); (2) fewest tournaments entered; (3) result(s) of meetings of the players in question, if any; (4) highest percentage of wins in all OGP matches throughout the season; (5)play-off (where necessary).
An '*' next to a points score indicates match which has not yet been completed.
The "slow play stats" to the right of the table form the basis of a penalty system, introduced last year and slightly modified this year. Players who contest at least five tournaments will be eligible for penalty points if, at the end of the season they have been logged as having taking part in an opening match which lasts for 90 minutes or more. The three players with the highest percentage of such loggings, will receive 50, 30 and 10 penalty points respectively. These points (in their provisional form, as positions can change from month to month) will become active after the September tournament as deductions from a player's overall total.

Projected use of this year's OGP prize fund

The Bristol Open Grand Prix prize fund (for trophies and cash prizes at the end of the season) totals Ł20. If we assume that it will eventually total Ł180, this is likely to be apportioned as follows:
